What to do BEFORE you start House Hunting

Get pre-approved by a mortgage lender to establish how much house you can actually afford.

During pre-approval, the lender will examine:
✔️ Your credit situation
✔️ Your income
✔️ Your debt situation and more


Then they’ll tell you how much they are willing to lend you.
