For over 15 years, Shenita has been working with landlords, tenants, investors, residential property owners and home buyers within the real estate industry.
Shenita earned her B.B.A with a specialization in Marketin g from Marymount University, located in Arlington, Virginia. She is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist SFR® and Certified Manager of Community Associations, CMCA®. During her career, Shenita has served on several industry boards and currently a member of National, State & Local Realtor® Associations. Through her experience and education, Ms. Perritt has developed a keen sense of commercial and residential expertise over the course of many years and major transitions in the economic climate.
